Zisanda Hub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Zisanda Hub platform accessible at zisandahub.studio (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service — including its Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn integrations — and how we use, store, and protect that information.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect a social-media account to Zisanda Hub, we collect and store only the data needed to provide the features you request.

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — Page names and IDs, linked Instagram Business Account IDs, access tokens, and the permissions needed to publish content and retrieve post engagement.
• TikTok — your TikTok account display name and Open ID, access and refresh tokens, and the user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish permissions needed to upload and publish content you choose.
• LinkedIn — profile name and member identifier, organisation names and identifiers where you choose to connect an organisation, access tokens, and publishing permissions.
• Content and post data — text, images, videos, scheduled publishing times, publishing results, post identifiers, links, and available engagement totals for content you create or publish through the Service.

We also collect standard account information you provide during registration (name, email address, password hash) and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, user-agent string) for security and diagnostics.

2. How We Use the Information

• Publishing posts, images, videos, and other content to the connected social-media accounts you select.
• Displaying connected accounts, publishing status, post links, and available post engagement within the dashboard.
• Maintaining your authenticated session so you do not need to re-authorise on every visit.
• Security monitoring and abuse prevention.

We do not sell or rent your social-media credentials, account data, or content to third parties. We share data with the applicable platform only when you use the Service to connect an account, publish content, or request information from that platform.

3. Data Storage & Security

We store connection tokens and account identifiers in our database so that we can provide connected-account features. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, restrict access to authorised systems and personnel, and use HTTPS/TLS for communication with supported platform APIs. We request and use platform permissions only for connected-account features, such as publishing, uploading, reading selected account details, and retrieving available engagement information.

4. Data Retention

Your connected-account tokens, account details, and post data are retained while your Zisanda Hub account is active, unless you delete them earlier. If you disconnect Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn through Settings → Linked Accounts, the stored connection tokens and account details for that platform are deleted from the Service within 24 hours. If you delete your Zisanda Hub account entirely, all associated data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

5. Social-Media Data Deletion

In compliance with applicable platform policies, you can request deletion of your Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn connection data at any time by either:

• Disconnecting your account from Settings → Linked Accounts inside the app, or
• Emailing us at support@zisandahub.studio with the subject line "Social Media Data Deletion Request" and identifying the relevant platform.

We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the Meta Graph API, the TikTok for Developers platform, and the LinkedIn API. Your use of these features is also governed by each platform's policies: Meta Privacy Policy, TikTok Privacy Policy, and LinkedIn Privacy Policy. We do not control the data practices of these third parties.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (which will not affect the lawfulness of prior processing).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
